APPLY FOR A GRANT FROM THE FOUNDATION: NOTICES:
Any charitable organisation based in the UK is eligible to apply for a grant, as are any educational institutions (schools, universities, etc.) whether or not they are a registered charity.
If you are interested in making an application for a grant from the Foundation we recommend that you consult our Information for Applicants before submitting the form as this may increase the chances of your application proving successful.
SMALL GRANT PROGRAMME - update at 23rd January 2026
Our Small Grant Programme is currently closed for applications.
Our next Small Grant funding round will be open from 1st to 31st March 2026 or until 150 applications have been received. The focus of our March 2026 Small Grant funding round will be on intergenerational projects based in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. Applications that do not clearly fall within this focus will be unsuccessful.
“Intergenerational projects” can be defined as those that “aim to bring people of different generations together in purposeful, mutually beneficial activities which promote greater understanding and respect between generations, enhanced opportunities for learning and wellbeing, and contribute to building more cohesive communities.”
All applications for Small Grant funding must be submitted using the online application form which will be accessible from our website from 1st to 31st March 2026 or until 150 applications have been received.
Applications submitted in our March 2026 Small Grant funding round will be considered at our Trustees’ meeting on 22nd April 2026. Successful applicants will be contacted within two weeks of the meeting. As a small organisation with limited administrative resources, we do not routinely contact unsuccessful applicants.
