SMALL GRANT PROGRAMME - update at 21st August 2026

OUR SMALL GRANT PROGRAMME IS NOW CLOSED.

Our latest Small Grant funding round was open from 1st to 31st August 2026 or when 150 applications had been received. We have now received 150 applications and so have closed the funding round.

The focus of our August 2026 Small Grant funding round is on projects in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland that support people, particularly those with physical or learning disabilities, to access the natural world and spend time outdoors.

Applications submitted in our August 2026 Small Grant funding round will be considered at our Trustees’ meeting on 21st October 2026. Successful applicants will be contacted within two weeks of the meeting. As a small organisation with limited administrative resources, we do not routinely contact unsuccessful applicants. Please note: Small Grants awarded in our August funding round will be paid in early December 2026.

We have two Small Grant funding rounds each year – in March and August – and each will have a different focus on one or more of the Trustees’ key areas of interest.   All applications for Small Grant funding must be submitted using the online application form which is accessible from our website during one of our Small Grant Programme application rounds.
